Bartender

Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Manage multiple orders simultaneously through effective time management, ensuring prompt service during busy hours. Uphold food safety and food handling standards by adhering to proper sanitation procedures and alcohol serving regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties, cash handling, and basic math calculations for bills and tips. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to support banquet events, catering services, nightclubs, or retail beverage sales as needed. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments or high-energy nightlife venues such as nightclubs or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders efficiently. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Experience in retail math, hospitality operations, or the food industry will support your success in managing sales and cash handling tasks effectively. Demonstrated ability to multitask through excellent time management skills while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
