In this role, you will craft classic and Milo OG drinks, provide outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes Take drink and food orders from bar & restaurant guests and servers Check customer IDs to verify legal drinking age Mix cocktails, pour beer and wine, and garnish drinks properly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Restock bar inventory including liquor, beer, wine, and supplies Process customer payments using the POS system (Toast) Provide friendly and professional customer service Follow all alcohol service laws and restaurant policies Assist with opening and closing bar duties Requirements Knowledge of common cocktails, beers, and wines Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in fast-paced service periods Basic math skills for handling cash and payments Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30-40 pounds Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Previous bartending experience preferred Working Conditions Fast-paced bar and restaurant environment Standing for extended periods Exposure to loud noise and busy crowds during peak hours Some heavy lifting required Typical Schedule Part-time or full-time shifts Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
