WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Banquet Bartender, you'll be the life of the party while delivering outstanding service at weddings, conferences, celebrations, and special events. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Mix drinks quickly, accurately, and according to recipe standards Verify guest identification and comply with all liquor laws Handle cash and credit card transactions Recommend beverages and upsell food and drink offerings Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Resolve guest concerns and ensure guest satisfaction Complete consumption reports and cash handling procedures Support hotel standards, safety procedures, and event operations

The Ideal Candidate Is:

Friendly and outgoing Dependable and professional Passionate about hospitality Knowledgeable about beverage service Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Focused on creating exceptional guest experiences

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

Minimum Age:

21 Years Old 2+ Years of Bartending or Barback Experience Preferred Previous Food & Beverage Experience Preferred Cash Handling Experience Preferred POS System Experience Preferred Alcohol Awareness Certification Preferred Knowledge of Beer, Wine, Spirits, and Cocktail Preparation Strong Communication and Guest Service Skills
