Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times Manage bar inventory, restock supplies as needed, and assist in beverage recipe development to keep offerings fresh and exciting Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during busy service periods like nightclubs or banquets Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment for all patrons Skills Extensive experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in processing cash transactions accurately Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer trends Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced settings like fine dining establishments or nightclubs Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate order entry and cash handling Previous experience in hospitality industry roles including bartending, serving, or restaurant management; catering or banquet experience is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in lively environments such as nightclubs or large events Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality meets your talent for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
