The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing excellent service to patrons. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in restocking as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Stay updated on drink trends and new cocktail recipes to enhance the beverage menu. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with local laws.
