Taylor House is a brand new upscale casual restaurant coming to the Walking Mall of Old Town Winchester. We have a beautiful historic location central to the pedestrian mall with a fully renovated dining room and bar. We will focus on exceptional service for our guests and craft cocktails while cultivating a warm and welcoming environment. We are seeking team members that have a desire to create something to be proud about. The owners of Taylor House have owned and operated restaurants for nearly 10 years.

Skills/Qualifications:

Previous craft bartending experience Knowledge of craft cocktails Ability to make "Dealer's Choice" style drinks Strong Knowledge of food, beer, wine and spirits Ability to communicate clearly Desire to learn more and a passion for guest experience Ability to keep calm in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work weekends, full time preferred

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and be warm and welcoming Maintain a knowledge of all menu items including cocktails and food Maintain bar cleanliness including glassware Prepare garnishes, syrups, and batches Collaborate and create new cocktails for our seasonal menu changes Accurately receive guests food and drink orders and ensure proper execution Make drink orders for patrons at bar and at restaurant Work as a team with other bartenders and barback Maintain a clean restaurant and workspace Follow food safety guidelines The ideal person for this position has 2+ years of previous bartending experience, but we will gladly train the right people.

Pay:

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
