Bartender

Overview We're on the lookout for a lively and personable Bartender to join our Seasonal Catering Team. This is a part time position and based on Weekend Events. It would not be events every week. This is the perfect position for someone who has a job already and is just looking for a little side hustle. In this role, you'll be the face of our bar, creating a welcoming atmosphere while mixing up drinks that keep guests coming back for more. Whether you're crafting classic cocktails or suggesting new favorites, your enthusiasm and skill will elevate the guest experience. If you love engaging with people, have a knack for making great drinks, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is your chance to shine! Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Load and unload the vans. Set up the bar areas Lots of lugging of coolers, ice and booze. Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner to create a fun and memorable atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and glassware are sanitized and well-stocked. Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking while ensuring safety at all times. Take orders accurately, handle cash. ( most of are bars are prepaid) Keep track of inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed, and report shortages promptly. Collaborate with team forspecial events. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key. Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and standard bar equipment is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a lively environment. Familiarity with responsible alcohol service practices and safety regulations. A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and creating enjoyable guest experiences.
