Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS Toast systems to process orders efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with integrity. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, promoting safe drinking practices while ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations. Handle basic math calculations for bills, tips, and inventory management to ensure accurate cash handling and sales tracking. Skills Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred. Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills to engage guests warmly and handle inquiries professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to maintain health regulations. Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling, billing, and inventory purposes. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within legal guidelines; familiarity with beverage brewing or bartending techniques is a plus.
