North Hero House Inn & Restaurant, a historic lakeside hotel on Lake Champlain, located just 30 -40 minutes from Burlington, is seeking a vibrant Front Desk clerk for daily front desk operations and guest services. North Hero House Inn & Restaurant is a well-established lakeside 26 room Inn, known for high service standards, repeat guests, and a collaborative team culture. We are looking for some one who can round out our amazing team bringing a warm friendly smile, detailed organization, customer service and can work primarily weekends. Our desk is open 8 AM - 9 PM on weekends and we split the day between two people. Duties Work scheduled front desk shifts Welcome, check in, and direct hotel guests upon arrival Review daily arrivals, notes, and special requests Handle guest concerns and troubleshoot issues professionally Answer phones, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries Complete shift reports and required documentation Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance Qualification Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays Excellent reliability and attendance Transforms guest stays into unforgettable experiences!
