Bartender — American Legion Post 76 American Legion Post 76 in Arlington, WA, is looking for a dependable, friendly, and team-oriented Bartender to join our lounge staff. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, provides excellent customer service, and understands the importance of creating a welcoming environment for our veterans, members, families, and guests. What You'll Do Provide friendly, professional service to members and guests Prepare and serve beer, wine, and mixed drinks Handle cash, tabs, and transactions accurately Keep the bar clean, stocked, organized, and ready for service Follow responsible alcohol-service practices and all applicable Washington State requirements Follow Post 76 bar procedures and opening and closing checklists Work cooperatively with the bar manager and other bartenders Help maintain a positive, respectful, and welcoming atmosphere Assist with occasional Post events and activities Be available to fill in for other bartenders as needed What We're Looking For Bartending or customer-service experience preferred Must be dependable and able to work scheduled shifts Weekend availability is required for the weekend bartender position Willingness to fill in for other bartenders when needed Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team Friendly, respectful, and able to work with a wide variety of people Good communication and basic cash-handling skills Able to stay calm and professional when the bar gets busy Willingness to follow Post 76 policies and management direction Must meet all applicable legal requirements for alcohol service The Environment Post 76 is a community-focused veterans club. We want our lounge to be a place where people can relax, socialize, watch a game, enjoy an event, and feel welcome. We value respect, teamwork, and reliability. Schedule Part-time — primarily weekend shifts, with opportunities to fill in for other bartenders as needed. Additional evening and event availability may be needed.
