Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance the guest experience and promote specials Process cash and credit transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling records Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Assist in food service by delivering dishes promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction during their dining experience Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages Engage with guests to promote sales, upsell menu items, and create a welcoming environment Requirements Proven experience in bartending or serving within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or upscale establishments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with craft beer trends, spirits, and beverage presentation techniques Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry transactions Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
