About Us Toby's Tavern is a historic waterfront pub located in the heart of Coupeville, WA. Known for our Penn Cove mussels, seafood favorites, local brews, and friendly small-town atmosphere, we've been welcoming locals and visitors alike for generations. We're looking for a Bartender/Server who brings positive energy, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality to our team. If you thrive in a lively pub environment and enjoy connecting with customers, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Provide excellent, friendly service to guests in a fast-paced tavern setting. Pour and serve drinks (draft beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages). Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver promptly. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate tabs. Keep bar and service areas clean, organized, and stocked. Support teammates with bussing, restocking, and customer needs. Follow health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Qualifications Previous bartending and/or serving experience required. Must be 21+ and hold a valid Washington State MAST permit and Food Handler's card (or be able to obtain). Strong communication and multitasking skills. Reliable, team-oriented, and able to handle a busy service environment. Friendly attitude with a focus on creating a welcoming guest experience.
