Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented server to join our team. In this role, you will be an ambassador of our dining room and kitchen threw your impeccable service and Bartending skils. Ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. As a server you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. Responsibilities Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash register duties, including cash handling and balancing the register at the end of shifts. Assist with food preparation and ensure all food handling guidelines are followed. Following writen and verbal cocktail recipes. Willingness to aquire wine and alcohol knowledge. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our dining area. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and guiding them threw their dining experience. Engage with customers to provide information about menu items and make recommendations based on their preferences. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Maintaining a valid Washington state Food handlers card and MAST permit. Experience Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons. Basic knowledge of retail math to assist in managing transactions accurately. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a fast-paced environment.
