Job Description

Bonneville Hot Springs Resort & Spa is looking for a dependable, hardworking Spa Attendant to help us maintain a clean, relaxing, and welcoming environment for our guests. This is a hands-on position with approximately 80% of the role focused on cleaning, stocking, laundry, and maintaining spa and guest areas . The remaining portion of the position involves assisting guests and supporting the Spa team wherever needed. What You'll Do Clean and maintain men's and women's locker rooms throughout the day Clean showers, restrooms, sinks, mirrors, floors, counters, benches, and high-touch areas Maintain the cleanliness of spa common areas, hallways, relaxation areas, and pool areas Collect used towels, robes, and linens Wash, dry, fold, and restock spa laundry as needed Keep towels, robes, toiletries, and guest amenities fully stocked Empty trash and maintain clean and organized guest and staff areas Regularly walk through assigned areas and address cleaning needs as they arise Greet guests and offer assistance Help guests with lockers, towels, robes, directions, and basic questions Communicate guest needs, maintenance concerns, or safety issues to the appropriate team member Support the Spa Desk and Spa team when additional assistance is needed Pitch in wherever needed to help keep the spa running smoothly What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Comfortable spending the majority of the shift performing cleaning duties Friendly, helpful, and professional with guests Self-motivated and able to recognize what needs to be done Team-oriented with a willingness to help wherever needed Comfortable working in a warm, humid spa and pool environment Able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive cleaning tasks Previous housekeeping, janitorial, spa, hotel, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required About the Role This is not primarily a front desk position. Cleaning and maintaining our spa environment is the main responsibility of this role. Our Spa Attendants are an important part of the guest experience. We want every guest who walks into our spa, locker rooms, and pool areas to find them clean, stocked, organized, and welcoming. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their spaces, notices when something needs attention, and isn't afraid to jump in and help.
Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
