Why This Role Matters The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages while creating a welcoming and engaging guest experience. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth bar operations, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws, and supporting the overall success of the restaurant. Requirements:

What You Bring to the Table Previous experience as a bartender or in a related role preferred Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and bar equipment Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be at least 21 years of age Valid Washington State MAST (Mixologist/Alcohol Server Training) Permit required prior to first day of work High school diploma or equivalent preferred Physical Demands & Work Environment Regularly required to stand, walk, and reach throughout the shift Frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs.; occasionally up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance Work performed in a bar and restaurant environment with exposure to alcohol, cleaning chemicals, hot/cold surfaces, and moderate noise levels Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including non-slip footwear, is required Compliance & Equal Opportunity This role is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
