This position requires someone who is comfortable working independently, takes ownership of their space, and can balance guest interaction, bartending, food presentation, stocking, cleaning, and opening/closing responsibilities.

Excellent guest service and communication skills Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision after completion of training Ability to stand and move for extended periods and perform the physical duties associated with food and beverage service Must be available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Must obtain and maintain a current Washington State Food Worker Card (Food Handler Permit) Must obtain and maintain a valid MAST Class 12 Permit Native American/Alaskan Native preference applies under applicable TERO requirements
