Duties Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, shots, and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately. Provide friendly, attentive service while building positive relationships with both regular customers and new guests. Actively sell and manage a high volume of pull tabs while accurately handling payouts and cash transactions. Use the POS system to enter orders, process payments, manage tabs, and handle cash accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout the shift. Monitor inventory and restock beer, liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies as needed. Work efficiently during busy periods while managing multiple customers, drink orders, food orders, and pull-tab sales at the same time. Communicate and work well with other bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management to keep service running smoothly. Follow all alcohol-service, food-safety, sanitation, and responsible-service requirements. Help create the fun, welcoming, high-energy atmosphere our customers expect. Experience & Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a busy, high-volume bar environment is required. Previous experience selling pull tabs is strongly preferred. Must be comfortable handling a high volume of pull-tab sales, payouts, cash transactions, and customer requests simultaneously. Strong knowledge of common cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and standard bar service. Experience using a POS system and accurately handling cash and credit-card transactions. Excellent customer service and communication skills with an outgoing, approachable personality. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and provide fast, accurate service during busy shifts. Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to maintain professionalism and good judgment when dealing with a wide variety of customers and situations. Must meet all Washington State requirements for serving alcohol.
