Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Take food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and deliver orders promptly while maintaining excellent customer service. Provide attentive service in both bar and dining areas, engaging with guests to enhance their experience through friendly interaction and personalized recommendations. Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips. Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols during serving and food preparation. Assist with setup and cleanup of the bar and dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout your shift. Support catering, banquet events, or nightclub service as needed, demonstrating flexibility in various hospitality settings. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to food safety regulations is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously without compromising quality of service. Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and billing accuracy is advantageous. Prior banquet or catering experience can be a plus for event-based service roles. A background in hospitality or the food industry demonstrates your commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
