Position Overview This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires previous bartending and serving experience. Backyard Public House:

Provide fast, attentive, and friendly service in a high-volume environment Confidently multitask and stay organized during busy shifts Serve alcohol responsibly and confidently check IDs Hold a valid Washington State MAST permit Hold a valid Washington State Food Handler Card Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and food accurately and consistently Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Work collaboratively with both front and back of house teams Handle high guest volume while maintaining composure and professionalism Contribute to a fun, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere A strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and team-first mindset are essential. We value team members who are dependable, experienced, and able to step into a fast-moving environment with confidence. Team members are expected to perform these responsibilities and other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the business. Schedule and Availability We are open daily, with varying hours depending on business levels, events, and seasonality. Part-time hours available Shifts range from 4 to 8 hours Evening and weekend availability is required Holiday availability is expected Late-night availability is strongly preferred Open availability is a strong bonus Consistency, professionalism, and reliability are important in every shift.
