Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server/Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly, provide menu recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales by suggesting premium spirits or specialty cocktails. Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards are maintained throughout service. Process cash and credit transactions efficiently while balancing registers at shift end; handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and dining space; bus tables promptly to keep the environment inviting. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, accommodating special requests, and fostering positive guest relations to encourage repeat visits. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining experience is a plus. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is advantageous. Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while processing sales efficiently. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining high service standards. Basic math skills for order calculations and transaction processing; culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial. Hospitality background with experience in serving or host/hostess roles preferred.
