Orchard Hills Golf & Country Club is looking for a part-time Server/Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. If you're looking for a second job, supplemental income, or a part-time position that can fit alongside school, family, or another career, we'd love to talk with you.
We typically offer 15-20 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours during events and busy periods throughout the year. Our schedule changes from week to week based on club events, member activities, and the season, so evening and weekend availability is essential. That doesn't mean you'll be scheduled every evening or every weekend, but it does mean those are the times we're most likely to need your help. The good news is that "evenings" at a golf club rarely mean super late nights, and "weekends" definitely do not mean 5:00 a.m. alarm clocks.
We're fortunate to have a dependable, long-tenured crew that enjoys working together and showing up for one another. That's the culture we're looking to protect and grow. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed. You'll serve members and guests, pour beer, wine, and cocktails, assist with club events, and occasionally navigate a point-of-sale system that has strengthened all of our patience muscles over the years.
In return, you'll find a professional but relaxed work environment, a steady group of familiar faces, and a hospitality job that tends to be a 'little' less chaotic than many restaurants and bars. No workplace is perfect, and every shift has its moments, but we're proud of the team we've built and the way we support one another through the busy days.
If you're dependable, enjoy working with people, and are looking for a part-time opportunity with a great crew, we'd love to hear from you.
One more thing... Washougal is out of the way. Please make sure to map how long your commute will be before deciding to apply. Thank you!
