Bartender - Gina Jenny's Gina Jenny's is looking for a bartender who knows how to do more than just pour drinks—you create a vibe. We're a wine-forward bar with a full bar twist, blending Italian influence with a laid-back, come-as-you-are energy. Our guests aren't looking for pretentious—they're looking for someone who can guide them to a great glass of wine, mix a solid cocktail, and make them feel like they just found their new favorite spot. What you'll do: Serve wine, beer, and cocktails with confidence and consistency Help guests navigate the menu (no wine snob energy—just good recs) Create a welcoming, fun, and elevated atmosphere Keep the bar clean, organized, and running smoothly during busy shifts Be part of the experience, engage, connect, and build regulars What we're looking for: Bartending experience preferred (wine knowledge is a plus, but we can teach the right person) Strong people skills—you can read a room and match the energy Reliable, efficient, and team-oriented Someone who takes pride in their work but doesn't take themselves too seriously
