Eau Claire Billiards Bar & Grill is a locally owned, family-friendly bar and grill known for our welcoming atmosphere, loyal customers, and community events. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes initiative, and understands that in a small business, every team member plays an important role. What You'll Do Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a fun, welcoming experience for every guest. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Take food orders and serve tables as needed. Prepare pizzas and appetizers when the kitchen is closed. Operate the POS system and accurately handle cash and payments. Keep the bar clean, stocked, organized, and guest-ready throughout each shift. Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities. Follow established systems, procedures, recipes, and service standards. Work independently while also supporting your teammates whenever needed. Stay productive during slower periods by cleaning, stocking, organizing, and helping wherever necessary. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people.

The ideal candidate:

Has a minimum of 1 year of bartending experience (required). Delivers friendly, professional, and consistent customer service. Has a positive attitude and works well with others. Is reliable, punctual, and accountable. Is comfortable multitasking in a busy environment. Takes initiative without needing constant direction. Is willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed. Understands the importance of following established systems and procedures. Maintains a clean, organized, and professional workspace. Can stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Requirements Minimum 1 year of bartending experience (required) Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Town of Washington Operator's License (Bartender License) before your first training shift Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Why Work With Us?
