Job Description
Langford's Pub is the full-service bar and restaurant at The Golf Courses of Lawsonia; a 36-hole golf property located in Green Lake, WI. We are seeking a friendly, energetic and motivated individual to join our front of house team Full Time as a Server and Bartender to wrap up the 2025 golf season. We offer a fun work environment and flexible scheduling for candidates who can provide excellent, timely service to our patrons. Experience is desired but not required. The typical schedule could include morning, afternoon and/or evening shifts, depending on your availability. Some weekend availability is required.
- Hourly rate varies based on cash tips. Posted rates are the typical average per hour over a weeks time.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions
- Enter orders into the computer point of sale system
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Prepare drink orders for diners as well as to-go drinks for golfers
- Help food preparation staff when necessary
- Collect payments from tables
- Maintain a comfortable dining atmosphere and handle guest complaints/requests in a professional manner
- Bus and set tables accordingly for incoming guests
- Properly rotate and stock beverage/condiment/paper products/etc.
Qualifications:
- Must be age 18 or older
- Available to work weekends
- Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication and organization skills
- Responsible and trustworthy
- High school diploma/GED required
