Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and craft beers while adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend beverages that enhance their experience Operate POS systems to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu innovation to keep offerings fresh and exciting Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service Handle cash handling duties accurately, process payments, and balance registers at shift end Experience Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment with a focus on fine dining or nightlife venues Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer brewing processes Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism Experience in food service operations including food handling, catering events, banquet service or nightclub environments Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while delivering high-quality service Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management Join us if you're passionate about creating exceptional beverage experiences!
