Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our 11 person team! In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your ability to manage multiple tasks with precision will ensure our patrons leave satisfied and eager to return. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options while adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster customer loyalty. Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including processing payments and handling cash safely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender. Proficiency with Toast POS system, strong basic math skills for cash handling, and retail math calculations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods without compromising quality. Light cooking using an autofry and pizza ovens. City of La Crosse bartending license required.
