Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering drink recommendations and enhancing their overall experience. Operate Toast POS system to process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor beverage levels to ensure smooth service throughout shifts. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates that reflect current trends in mixology and craft beer. Handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy while processing payments and giving correct change. Skills Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings, demonstrating strong mixology skills. Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development. Proficiency with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests promptly and professionally. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Experience with food service operations, including food handling and catering environments. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper alcohol service regulations to ensure responsible serving practices.
