Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and hospitality will help elevate our bar offerings and ensure every guest leaves satisfied. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere and enhance their overall experience. Manage bar operations efficiently by processing cash transactions accurately using Clover POS Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to promote sales and customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock ordering as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service events such as banquets or catering to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender with strong cocktail-making skills; fine dining or hospitality industry experience is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry procedures. Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling practices; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
