Job Overview Game Time Sports Bar is looking for an experienced Bartender/Server to join our team! This is a dual-role position, meaning every team member bartends and serves tables . We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and providing outstanding customer service. Availability Requirements Weekend availability is required. This position is ideal for someone who can consistently work Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays, with opportunities to pick up additional weekday shifts. Responsibilities Bartend and serve guests throughout your shift Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes Take food and beverage orders while providing exceptional customer service Make menu and drink recommendations to guests Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area while following health and safety standards Process cash and credit card transactions accurately Restock bar supplies and assist with opening and closing duties Work as part of a team to ensure guests receive prompt, friendly service Qualifications Minimum 6 months of both bartending and serving experience required Must understand that this position includes both bartending and serving responsibilities Weekend availability is non-negotiable Must be available to work closing shifts Flexible schedule with the ability to pick up additional shifts when needed Reliable with excellent attendance and limited time-off requests Strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills and experience handling cash/POS systems Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and food handling Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality Sports knowledge or enthusiasm is a plus Why Join Us?
