Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, with experience in a restaurant setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions will be essential in ensuring a smooth operation. Also will need knowledge of waiting tables as well. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change as needed. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist in ordering stock when necessary. Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure compliance with health standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. Stay updated on drink recipes, brewing techniques, and trends in the hospitality industry to enhance guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or nightclub environment is preferred.
