We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Manager to lead our bar team and ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable operations.

Bartender Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Experience Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar. Take drink and limited food orders promptly and accurately. Engage with guests to enhance their experience and encourage return visits. Drink Preparation & Service Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences. Maintain knowledge of drink menus, specials, and promotions. Ensure consistent quality and portion control for all beverages. Cash & Inventory Management Handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions accurately. Track tabs and close checks efficiently. Monitor bar stock levels; restock beer, liquor, wine, and supplies as needed. Conduct opening and closing inventories when assigned. Cleanliness & Compliance Keep the bar area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times. Wash glassware, utensils, and bar tools as needed. Adhere to all alcohol service laws and age verification requirements. Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation. Teamwork & Operations Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management. Assist in opening and closing duties for the bar and restaurant. Report equipment or supply issues promptly.

Server Responsibilities:

Guest Service & Dining Experience Greet guests promptly and courteously; present menus and daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar. Deliver food and drinks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards. Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns quickly. Maintain knowledge of the full menu, including ingredients and allergens. Operational Duties Set up and break down tables and dining areas as needed. Assist with side work (rolling silverware, restocking condiments, prepping stations). Maintain clean and organized service areas and dining spaces. Process payments and handle POS transactions accurately. Compliance & Safety Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times. Verify guest age for alcohol purchases when applicable. Report spills, hazards, or customer incidents to management promptly. Teamwork & Communication Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Support teammates during peak hours. Uphold company standards for professionalism, appearance, and conduct.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in bar or restaurant enviornaments, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. Communication, and team-building skills. In-depth knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and bar operations Ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask, and lead by example. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays—especially during peak sports seasons.
