Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Store Clerk to join our team. Candidate must be +21 years of age. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of the store. This position involves a variety of tasks, including assisting customers, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. A passion for retail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential. Job will be evenings and weekends. 24-30 hours a week. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and sales. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock replenishment. Utilize retail math skills to manage pricing, discounts, and sales reports. Up sell products and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including displays and aisles. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
