White Mountain Mining Company Steakhouse & Saloon is looking for a motivated, reliable bartender to join our team. We are searching for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, has great communication skills, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Pay:

$2.13/hour + tips

Responsibilities Include:

Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Operating the Toast POS system efficiently and accurately Lifting and changing beer kegs as needed Cleaning bar areas, equipment, and surrounding workspaces Restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies Communicating effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management Checking IDs and following responsible alcohol service guidelines Assisting with opening and closing duties

Qualifications:

Bartending experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts Must be dependable and team-oriented Ability to lift heavy items, including kegs and cases of product Weekday nights and weekend night and morning availability preferred If you enjoy working in a fun, high-energy restaurant environment and want to be part of a strong local team, we'd love to hear from you.
