Summary Bell Attendants work closely with the Front Office and Valet teams to provide a seamless guest arrival and departure experience. They are responsible for escorting guests, transporting luggage and personal belongings efficiently, and ensuring guests are comfortably settled into their accommodations. This highly visible role includes introducing guests to room features and hotel amenities, answering questions, and providing personalized recommendations about the hotel and local attractions. Through friendly and attentive service, Bell Attendants help create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

Job Functions May Include:

Welcoming guests and providing exemplary service in lobby Offering assistance and delivery of luggage to and from guest room Unloading of luggage into and out of vehicle Assisting with luggage storage, package handling and delivery Amenity delivery and set up Assisting with restaurant and transportation recommendations Providing guest services upon request.
