SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Roof Attendant responsible for delivering excellence in guest service by developing relationships with guests, providing personalized service, and anticipating and delivering guests' needs. This role will ensure excellent guest experience through attentive floor presence and elevates the space by providing a welcoming and clean environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Maintain a clean and organized space filled with dynamic activities and guest requests. Support the execution of special events, activations, and brand-driven experiences. Maintain a visible presence on the floor to engage with guests and teams, setting the tone for service excellence. You may be asked to do light clean up after guests leave a space, fetch an umbrella, or answer guest inquiries. Straighten any furniture that has been moved by guests. Report any guest incidents to Management and get them resolved as quickly as possible.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Deep understanding of luxury or lifestyle hotel food and beverage operations. Exceptional guest service mindset with the ability to resolve issues professionally and decisively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic environment
