Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Handles all food, dry cleaning, grocery, USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon and similar service deliveries to residents. Assists residents with 'bell' services at front drive including suitcase handling. Assists residents with moving items to and from personal storage unit. Stocks, cleans and maintains coffee machine in lobby. Assists residents with their needs and demands. Bears a full & comprehensive knowledge of the building including all departments, services, amenities and functions. Ensures the residents are familiarized of all the facilities and services. Is a continual source of help, assistance & information to all residents. Maintains a high level of communication & feedback within the department. Identifies & anticipate resident needs. Is continually proactive within all areas of operation. Is responsible for all cleanliness of the Butler Pantry on allocated floors and ensuring that the Pantry is correctly stocked & maintained. Performs all other job-related duties as assigned.
