At Rocky Waters, our Innkeepers do it all from welcoming guests at the front desk to turning over guest rooms to the standard our guests expect. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role for someone who takes real pride in the details. This is not a management position. What You'll Do Guest Experience Deliver a warm, seamless check-in and check-out experience for every guestServe as a knowledgeable resource for local activities, dining, and eventsAddress guest needs and concerns promptly, professionally, and with genuine careMaintain a welcoming, hospitable presence throughout the property at all times Property Care & Standards Clean and turn over guest rooms between stays, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, restocking amenities, and resetting the room to AATMOS standardsMaintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas and facilities to the highest standardsManage and replenish linens, supplies, and amenities as neededAssist guests with luggage and other physical needs throughout their stayUphold all safety, sanitation, and AATMOS property standards
