Essential Job Functions:

Schedule, coach, and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with Hilton values. Evaluate the staffing requirements and prepare work schedules weekly, adhering to budget goals and ensuring sufficient staffing to meet daily business demands. Maintain security of and accurate records for all guest room keys issued to bell and door staff. Accommodate guest requests in an accurate and efficient manner. Coordinate group luggage requirements. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and working conditions of departmental equipment/supplies. Ensure that pertinent information is documented in the log book daily. Load and unload luggage carts. Tag and store luggage. Escort guests to hotel rooms. Make deliveries to guest rooms. Assist guests with room changes. Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction. Perform other duties as requested by management.

Position Requirements:

High School diploma preferred. Previous experience working in a related function in a hotel is required.

Work Environment and Context:

Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts. Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting to 50 pounds, bending, and reaching. E.O.E.
