Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage. Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and room features. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Arrange transportation or assist with valet services when applicable. Deliver guest requests, packages, messages, and amenities. Maintain a clean and organized lobby, bell stand, and luggage storage area. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and service requests. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift and carry luggage (often up to 50 pounds or more). Professional appearance and demeanor. Basic knowledge of the local area and attractions. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
