Partner with the Banquet Manager to coordinate service arrangements, staffing requirements, and equipment needs for events. Supervise banquet staff throughout event setup, service, and breakdown. Communicate proactively with guests and meeting planners to address needs, requests, and last-minute changes. Coordinate closely with the Banquet Chef to ensure seamless timing between food preparation and service. What We're Looking For We're looking for a hospitality professional who is confident leading a team in a fast-paced banquet environment and understands that exceptional service starts with communication, preparation, and attention to detail.
