Busser - Japanese Restaurant (SATURDAY

) O Fine Japanese Cuisine is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Busser to join our front-of-house team. The Busser plays an important role in keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and running smoothly while supporting servers and providing our guests with a great dining experience. Responsibilities Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and properly between guests. Keep tables stocked and organized throughout service. Refill guest water as needed and assist servers with maintaining their tables. Remove used plates, glassware, utensils, and other items from tables. Bring dirty dishes and glassware to the appropriate dishwashing areas. Assist servers with running food or other items when needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, server stations, and other front-of-house areas. Sweep and clean floors as necessary throughout the shift. Help keep restrooms and guest areas clean and presentable. Restock supplies, including napkins, utensils, glassware, and other service items. Assist with opening and closing duties. Communicate with servers, hosts, managers, and kitchen staff to help service run efficiently. Follow all restaurant food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Complete additional duties assigned by the Manager or Shift Lead. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience is preferred Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team. Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Able to stand and walk for extended periods. Able to safely lift and carry bus tubs, dishes, and restaurant supplies. Must maintain a clean and professional appearance. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred. A successful Busser should be able to recognize what needs to be done without always being asked and work closely with the rest of the front-of-house team to provide efficient and professional service.
