Our Bussers play a huge role in keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and moving — especially during busy dinners, weekends, live music, and special events. We're looking for someone energetic, dependable, and ready to hustle while helping our servers and the rest of the front-of-house team deliver a great guest experience. What You'll Do Clear and reset tables quickly and thoroughly between guests Maintain clean, properly set tables throughout service Remove used dishes, glassware, silverware, and other items from tables Keep dining areas, service stations, walkways, and guest-facing areas clean and organized Refill water and assist with basic guest needs when appropriate Stock service stations with silverware, glassware, napkins, and other supplies Communicate with servers, hosts, food runners, bartenders, and managers to help keep service moving Assist with delivering food or other front-of-house duties when needed Help maintain clean floors and promptly address spills or potential safety hazards Complete opening, closing, and assigned side-work responsibilities Jump in wherever needed during busy shifts, live music, and special events What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Dependable, punctual, and ready to work when scheduled Ability to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced restaurant Comfortable interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation Restaurant experience is helpful, but not required — we're willing to train the right person Must have or be able to obtain any food-handler certification required for the position Evening, weekend, and high-volume event availability is strongly preferred Why Work at Shindigs?
