Immediately Job Description Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is a K-8 district. The successful candidate must be able to accomplish the following responsibilities in a friendly, efficient and professional manner: Cleans and prepares food for cooking. May cook main entries, soups, vegetables, gravies, meat dishes, bakes bread, rolls, pastries, salad, sandwiches and other foods. Assists in preparing main dishes, salads, fruits and sandwiches. Assists in baking cookies, cakes or bread. To do related work as required.

BENEFITS

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING
Some experience in food preparation and kitchen maintenance is preferred; demonstrated dependability and cleanliness.
REQUIRED LICENSE/CERTIFICATE
Possession of a valid Food Handler Authorization Card issued by the County of Department of Public Health.
