Job Description

Purpose:
The Busser plays a critical role in supporting the Food & Beverage operation during breakfast service. This position helps ensure a seamless guest experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, clearing and resetting tables, delivering food and beverages, and providing general support to the service team. The Busser works closely with servers and other team members to maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment for all guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Breakfast Service Support (AM) Set up and maintain a clean and organized dining area during breakfast service. Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to ensure continuous guest flow. Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables when needed. Monitor tables to ensure consistent presentation. General Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Always provide professional and courteous service to guests. Perform opening and closing side work duties as assigned. Support other Food & Beverage areas as directed by management based on operational needs.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a restaurant preferred. Ability to multi-task and remain flexible in a dynamic work environment. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Food Handler and RBS certified preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry trays, supplies, and equipment up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, stoop, and reach to perform cleaning and stocking duties.
Pay rate:
$21.075 - $28.10 Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
