Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast Attendant, where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will set the tone for a memorable guest experience each morning. In this lively role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting a delicious, varied breakfast buffet, ensuring all food safety standards are meticulously followed. Your friendly demeanor and proactive approach will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, helping them start their day energized and satisfied. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Duties Prepare and replenish breakfast buffet items, ensuring freshness and presentation meet high standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas, dining spaces, and service stations in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling and safety guidelines to prevent contamination Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide friendly in-person customer service Support in setting up and breaking down breakfast service areas, including weight handling of supplies and equipment Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in fine dining or catering environments preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Basic math skills for managing inventory levels Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and perform manual handling tasks effectively Able to work Wedensdays, Thursdays, and other days as needed including Weekends, Holidays.
