401(k) Employee discounts Tableside Caesar Attendant Domenico's Italian Chop House at Truffle Pig Winery Be Part of the Experience We're looking for a confident, personable, and detail-oriented Tableside Caesar Attendant to bring one of our signature dining experiences directly to our guests. This is more than preparing a salad—it's about creating a memorable tableside experience through great hospitality, culinary skill, and engaging conversation. You'll prepare our signature Caesar Salad tableside while sharing its ingredients, preparation, and story with guests. If you enjoy working with people, take pride in presentation, and love creating memorable dining experiences, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Prepare and serve our signature Tableside Caesar Salad following our recipes and presentation standards. Create a friendly, professional, and memorable experience for every guest. Learn and confidently explain the Caesar's ingredients, flavors, preparation, and history. Share the story behind the Tableside Caesar and its connection to Domenico's Italian Chop House and Truffle Pig Winery. Taste and check dressings for flavor, consistency, and balance. Prepare, stock, and maintain your station throughout service. Keep carts, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, sanitized, and guest ready. Clean, restock, and reset your station at the end of each shift. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and food-handling standards. Communicate clearly with servers, food runners, culinary staff, expo, and management. Stay organized and work efficiently during busy service. Help with cleaning, breakdown, and storage as needed. What We're Looking For Friendly, confident, and professional personality. Strong communication and guest service skills. Comfortable interacting with guests tableside. Great attention to detail and presentation. Able to learn and remember menu, ingredient, and restaurant information. Understands food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling. Able to recognize quality in flavor, texture, consistency, and presentation. Organized and able to manage time well. Able to anticipate the needs of the station and service team. Stays calm, professional, and efficient during busy services. Works well independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Restaurant, hospitality, or guest service experience preferred. Fine dining, upscale casual, tableside, or culinary experience is a plus. Comfortable preparing food directly in front of guests. Willing to learn our Tableside Caesar recipe, technique, history, and service standards. Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other busy service periods as scheduled.
