In this role, you move quickly and professionally to clear tables, remove dishes and utensils, and help maintain the flow of service during busy shifts. You'll reset tables by wiping down surfaces, cleaning chairs, and tidying the surrounding floor area so each table is fresh and ready for the next guests. By working closely with servers and the rest of the team, you help create a seamless dining experience and keep the restaurant moving at a steady rhythm.
