Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for incoming guests, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils with care Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing tables in accordance with sanitation standards Support food runners and kitchen staff with manual handling tasks such as delivering dishes or supplies safely Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnover and guest needs using internal communication tools Handle heavy lifting safely when moving chairs, tables, or supplies to ensure a clutter-free environment Uphold food safety and sanitation practices throughout all duties to maintain health standards and guest satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation protocols and hygiene standards Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices Excellent communication skills for effective internal communication with team members and servers Customer service mindset with a positive attitude and eagerness to assist guests and colleagues alike Knowledge of table setting, food safety procedures, and catering or kitchen experience is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization Join us as a Busser and become an essential part of delivering memorable dining experiences!
