The experience is rooted in nature, seasonality, and the elemental qualities of cooking, expressed through food, beverage, design, sound, and hospitality. Bussers are an integral part of our service team. This role requires awareness, precision, efficiency, and a genuine sense of hospitality. The ideal candidate takes pride in the details, works naturally as part of a team, and understands that even the smallest gesture can shape a guest's experience. Responsibilities Support Servers and the broader service team throughout each guest's experience. Maintain tables with care, including clearing, resetting, marking, and preparing tables between courses. Refill water and assist with beverage service as directed. Maintain awareness of each table and anticipate service needs before they are requested. Assist with running food, beverages, and service items when needed. Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations throughout the evening. Polish and care for glassware, silverware, plates, and other service pieces. Assist with opening, closing, and daily side work. Keep the dining room and guest-facing spaces polished and service-ready. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures. Contribute to a respectful, collaborative, and supportive team environment.
