The Lead Banquet is responsible to provide quality banquet services to all banquet guests. Responsibilities are planning of events, setup, ensuring prompt and accurate service, anticipating the needs of all guests and cleanup of all banquet facilities.Job Specifications:

BEO:
including chairs, tables, staging, skirting of tables, water stations, buffets, etc.- Conduct a Stand up with all FOH staff to discuss BEO and any specific details about event.
- Check staff uniforms are being worn correctly
- name tags etc.
- Oversee and assign what duties each staff members will be responsible for during event.
- Oversee the seating of guests, serving of meals and beverages, and the quick clearing of tables.
- Must be willing to work any position at the event to assure top-level guest experience.
- Answer customer questions and accommodate special requests when necessary and if possible.
- Ensure proper billing is completed for each event.
- Maintains all work areas neatly and orderly. Checks banquet area before, during and after shift for proper set & cleanliness.
- Follows established checklists for opening & closing duties.
- Greet all guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handles multiple guests efficiently.
- Follows established Brand Standards for banquet setups.
- Ensures all BEO's are followed and serviced in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:

- Must be able to move heavy banquet equipment and furniture
- At least 1 year Food & Beverage experience in a service or set-up position
- Conference, banquet, and/or high-volume restaurant experience
- Ability to work and maintain a flexible schedule including extended hours, weekends, holidays, split shifts, etc.
- Ability to respond and adapt to last minute changes
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time The expected pay range is $30.00/hr
